Voice System Bridge limitation

Voice Calls:
It is possible to have Group and Private Calls with IPSC, CPSS, CPMS bridged between systems.
In Capacity MAX, Dimetra Express, Connect Plus Group calls between all systems are possible (There must be at least one group affiliated Dimetra Express or Capacity MAX subscriber to patch a call).
Private calls from Capacity MAX, Dimetra Express, Connect Plus to other systems is not possible (it is not possible to call to Private ID not registered on controller).
It is possible to make Private calls from other systems to Capacity MAX, Dimetra Express, Connect Plus.

Emergency Alert:
Emergency Alert (as a visual and sound notification) can be bridged only between two IPSC systems without NAI 
In any other system, only Emergency call or Emergency with voice to follow is bridged. The call has the Emergency attribute but no Emergency Alert notification.
