Blank pages in API help CHM file

Some computers may block CHM documentation files due to security settings. In this case the file opens, but all internal pages appear blank. After unblocking, the CHM file displays all pages correctly.

Steps
1. Right-click the .chm file.
2. Select Properties.
3. Click Unblock.
4. Apply the changes and reopen the file.
