For general information about the feature, refer to the TRBOnet Enterprise User Manual “6.4.2 Priority”.
Design of Priority Management
Individual profiles override default settings and can be customized for each participant type, including Radios, Mobile Clients, TRBO.SOS, and Dispatchers.
- notifications are always interruptible.
- are non-interruptible.
- System topology design with a single TRBOnet Agent and multiple servers: Priorities are managed based on the configuration settings of each server.
- In call preemption, when a dispatcher activates it during a conversation with a participant of the same priority, the dispatcher's priority raises.
Call Priority does not affect interrupt settings in a radio system. To interrupt Radio calls, both TRBOnet and Radio system must be configured to allow interruption and impolite access.
Applies only to half-duplex calls, not applicable to SIP and Full-duplex calls.
