Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Neocom Software Corporation ("Neocom", "we", "us", or "our") processes information when you use our software products, mobile applications, website, and support services.
Most of our products are installed and operated by our customers within their own infrastructure or hosting environment. As a result, operational information processed by our software is generally stored and managed within the customer's environment rather than by Neocom.
1. Customer Deployments
Depending on the product and its configuration, our software may process information such as voice communications, location information, messages, user accounts, and operational records required to provide its functionality.
In most deployments, this information is processed and stored on systems operated by the customer or its designated hosting provider. Neocom does not routinely receive or store this operational information unless it is voluntarily provided for technical support or other agreed services.
Where applicable under privacy laws, the customer acts as the Data Controller, determining how and why personal information is processed. Neocom acts as a Data Processor only when processing information on the customer's behalf, such as when providing technical support.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you:
- contact our sales or support teams;
- submit a support request;
- use the Send Logs feature in our mobile applications;
- use the Save and Archive feature in our desktop applications;
- request remote technical assistance; or
- otherwise communicate with us.
This information may include your name, business contact details, email correspondence, diagnostic logs, screenshots, configuration files, and other information necessary to investigate and resolve technical issues.
We use this information solely to provide support, respond to inquiries, maintain our products, and improve the quality of our services.
3. Mobile Applications
Some of our products are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Depending on the application and its configuration, our mobile applications may request access to the following device features:
- Microphone – to support Push-to-Talk, voice communication, or audio recording features.
- Location (including background location) – for applications that provide location tracking, mapping, or operational coordination.
- Bluetooth – to connect to supported accessories such as remote speaker microphones, headsets, or other compatible devices.
- Notifications – to notify you of incoming communications, messages, and system alerts.
- Background processing – to maintain communication sessions and other real-time services.
These permissions are requested only when required by the functionality of the application.
Information processed by the application may be transmitted to the customer's deployment of the software for operational purposes. Neocom does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to ensure the proper operation of our website, improve your experience on our website, and understand how visitors use our website.
Necessary cookies are always enabled because they are required for the website to function.
Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by selecting Cookie Preferences in the footer of our website.
5. Data Retention
Operational information processed by customer deployments is retained according to the policies established by the customer.
Information provided directly to Neocom, including support requests and diagnostic information, is retained only for as long as necessary to provide support, comply with legal obligations, or protect our legitimate business interests.
6. Your Rights
If your personal information is processed by one of our customers through its deployment of our software, please contact that customer regarding requests to access, correct, or delete your information.
If Neocom processes your personal information directly, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, where applicable under applicable privacy laws.
